// The Federation

We're Not Waiting Anymore

The UCF is a community of people who see what's coming and have decided to prepare for it together rather than alone. Not a political organization. Not a protest group. Not a movement waiting for a leader.

We're people building real relationships, sharing skills and resources, and creating infrastructure that doesn't depend on systems already working against us.

Individual preparation has limits. A coordinated group of prepared people doesn't.

No politician is going to fix this. No court ruling is going to reverse where things are heading. The people who have accepted that are the ones this is for.

// Who We Are

Standing on Our Own. Standing Together.

The UCF recognizes each person as sovereign. Capable, self-directed, responsible for their own choices. The kind of person who doesn't wait around to be saved.

But sovereignty doesn't mean isolation. The strongest thing an independent person can do is choose to build alongside others like them. We prepare together. We train together. We share what we know and cover each other's gaps.

Independent people, working as one. That's what a federation is.

Sovereign Individuals Standing Together

"Two people who can stand on their own, choosing to stand together. Multiply that by a community."

// What We Do

Building Together. Right Now.

The UCF isn't a plan for later. Members are actively working on the things that matter when systems fail and options narrow. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Food Procurement

Members build supply relationships outside conventional retail. Bulk purchasing, local sourcing, and direct connections with producers. The goal is reliable access to food that doesn't depend on a supply chain someone else controls or can shut off.

Physical Readiness

A prepared community needs people who can function under pressure. Members work toward shared fitness standards, not for competition, but because physical capability is a real resource. You contribute more when you're capable of more.

Practical Skills

Carpentry, farming, food preservation, basic medical knowledge, mechanical work. The skills that matter when ordering online or calling a professional isn't an option. Members share what they know and fill in what they don't.

Community Coordination

Everything else depends on this. Regular communication, mutual support, and resource sharing between people who actually know and trust each other. We practice working together now, before it's urgent, so the network functions when it needs to.

The work is already happening. The only question is whether you're part of it.

// Founding Chapter

Utah: Where It Starts

The UCF is currently operating out of Utah. This is the founding chapter, intentionally small, focused on doing the work and proving the model before it expands anywhere else.

Members here aren't planning to build something someday. They're building it now, forming real relationships, testing systems, and establishing the proof of concept so that what we're creating can be replicated in other states.

If you're in Utah and you're tired of preparing alone, this is where you start.
